I don't think the RFE for I-485 will effect your I-765

can you post the letter on the forum except your case number?
if you sent to Chicago = National Benefit Center =
Missouri Service Center ( MO ),you may find the case number is MOS06-xxxxxxx on your I-485 receipt.
Have you received your I-765 & I-131 receipt?
