Any suggestions for 聯邦法庭告N-400 FBI Name Checkor other ways?

I passed the citizenship interview in May with my hu*****and. He got his American passport already but mine is still pending name/background check. Any suggestions? Does anyone know how much it costs to 聯邦法庭告N-400 Name Check? Or do you have better ways? A friend has been waiting for three years and I don't want to wait this long. Please help. Thanks.
