strange, Name check pending, but get such I-485 RFE

I posted the content of RFE at

I got response from NSC to my inquiry about name check that was sent over a month ago. The letter indicated that my name check is still pending.

The type RFE seems strongly suggest that NC is completed. I don't know why they send such RFE at this stage.

Any commends?
