怎麽打電話和CIS的人通上話？

準備打電話給CIS催一下AP，已經等了將近3個星期，下周必須出差。

看到各位都是打CIS的1-800電話通上電話。我怎麽每次都是爬樹爬到死胡同裏，根本沒有進行通話的選項？

各位高人都是怎麽跟CIS的人通上話的呢？
