1.我們可以在周六登陸,周日返回美國嗎?
It is fine if everything goes well. However, it would be better if you could land in the weekday. In case something happen, you still have chance to fix that. You can definitely come back to US the next day.
2.如果想盡快返回美國, 需要帶些什麽文件呢?
It depends on your visa status. If you are current F1, take your I-20. If you are H1, take the approval notice. But you definitely need your passport and I-94. To be safe, bring everything relating to your legal status.
