My suggestion is wait at least to the last part of the SEPTEMBER. The reason:
1). CIS historically is quite strict in this regard. It is likely you will get no RFE before a denial
2). The schedule A will be current for the entire September.
3). The October bulletin will be out very soon. So you know if you can make it.
4) So get everything ready, if the regression is bad, file 485 at the end of September.
