I have got my LCA from Company A with EB2 type and PD in 2001 approved lately and ted my I-140 a week ago. However, I may not want to apply for I-485 with this company because I don't want to stay with it for another 6 months and get my I-485 rejected eventually because of different job I'll get after 6 months. You know your job will be different with 6 years ago, but the USCIS doesn't care about it.

Could I get 1 or 3 years H-1B extension with I-140 pending or approved? Please advise.
