XiaoBaiTu or others, Please help! I-140 application

I'm going to file my I-140 for EB2 soon. But my company doesn't do well recently. We are not profitable now. We were profitable a few months ago.

My questions are: will this affect my I-140 application? Is it required to be profitable for employer to file I-140 for the employee? What kind documents are required to file I-140?
