NIW at NSC
140 RD: 03/2004; AD 08/2004.
485 RD: 08/2004; AD ??/200?.
1st FP: 09/2004;
2nd FP: 05/2005 (code 2);
3rd FP: 04/2006 (code 1);

no Online LUD of 485 after the 3rd FP. Inquried to USCIS, and told was held for name check by FBI. Contacted a congressman in July, and no response from FBI after congressman office requested.

I don't know if this is the truth (name check). My feeling is that it is just an excuse for NSC as they do NOT work, considering there are significantly larger number of cases approved by TSC- all cases should go through name check, and why so many NSC cases are held by FBI???

I guess the final action we might have to think is to sue USCIS and FBI. They live on us, but they do nothing!!
