should write to the CIS service center where your case
pending,only the office where your I-485 pending may give you a fingerprint notice.
Usually if you file I-485 base on family ( spouse or parent of a US cizizen ),your I-485 jurisdiction should
be in your local CIS office,if you applied your I-485 base on EB,the case should be in CIS service center.
