140 has never been updated after approval

Here is my case:

140 & 485 currently filed in 09/28/05, EB1 OR (TSC)

Received approval notice in Dec. 2005 but never had an online update. Does it mean that in their system, my case hasn't been approved yet? Is it necessary to file an inquiry or call them? Thank you!
