I bet I can argue that I didn't move. The address is my working address, and I still work for the same employer. But the denial letter was sent to my home address. And I never got LUD about 485, but even LUD on EAD after the deny. Is there any way I can prove the letter was delayed? It is the summer and many people take vocations. The deny letter took 6 days to get me through a different address.
Any other suggestion?
Thank you.
howdy, I called a lawyer's office, they do not accept the MOTION
