白兔，幫我看看這樣的情況該怎麽辦？

老公的I-140已經批準了，I-485因為排期未到不能遞交申請。

現在他工作的公司想把他在的這個部門賣給另一家公司。現在還在談判中。當然最好的情況是他能去另一個部門，這樣可以繼續呆在這個公司。

我想問的是：他的這種情況，如果繼續呆在這個部門的話，實際上是換了
一家公司，那他以前申請的是不是都要作廢了呢？
