Your post is exact what we want. And I encourge she to consult with you (of course ,fee base) regarding her case.
I know there was a big controversy about how to determine whether a crime is a felony or not based on state and federal law.Your post makes it clear, right now she needs to find a competent professional to match the federal crime to a similar state crime that is a misdemenor.
