我這張 ticket 算 misdemeanor 嗎？

剛才看到網上說法案提議三項misdemeanor 不能拿綠卡。心裏很擔心？

我有一次make left turn 時被 state police 抓住，其實每天都有很多人 這樣turn的，所以我以為 make turn是可以的，那天police car 就停在那兒，我還是傻呼呼的 make turn 了。結果被 抓住，要罰四點。

後出庭，這是第一次吃 traffic ticket, 經 plea bargain, 把點數去掉，但多交罰款.罪名改為 careless driving.

這樣的 state police issue的ticket 算不算 misdemeanor了？ 如果法案真的通過，是不是三張 traffic ticket就不能拿綠卡了？以後誰還敢開車啊？

還是說即使法案通過，traffic ticket 的 misdemeanor是 不count 的了？我覺得這個make sense.
