It seems there is no visa number available for EB2

(NIW) I-485 applicants from China. Has any one got NIW I-485 approved by NSC recently?
I made an inquiry and got the following message:
"Your application/petition remains awaiting review by an Officer and you will be notified as soon as a decision is made. The Service is waiting for VISA availability."
My PD was 11/08/2004. They updated my on-line information several times recently before my inquiry.
