Generally if the primiary beneficiary (主申請人)has not

been granted AOS, as the derivative beneficiaries of the same underlying 140 or 130,(我 和 小 孩), u can't be granted AOS.
Only heard one case that derivative beneficiary got GC before primiary. However, likely very rare
