小白兔，USCIS的人是不是太玩忽職守了，因為郵局的錯誤

把我的打指紋的通知和EAD卡退回去了，LG的卻收到了。我於八月七日打電話請他們同樣地址再寄一次。25日LUD說

On August 25, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

今天收到信，卻說

the processing of your petition/application has been delayed. all petitions/applications received by this service are required to have routine security checks that are resulting in delays of the adjudication of petitions/applications. we can give on definite indication of when they will be completed. we apologize for the delay.

看樣子他們以為我是在問綠卡的進展的情況了，但是，我門的排期剛到，我是7月份和LG一起交的485。而且他們信上的tpye of service requested 是 non-delivery. 他們這樣的回複不是有病嗎？我隻是要打指紋的通知和我已經批準的EAD卡。這真是有病，唉，太鬱悶了，我還要打電話嗎？或幹脆不理他了？
