Hi Xiaobaitu,
I am going to file 485, and one question asked is my last
entry date. My visa is H4 which is expired, and my current
status is H1 which is good until Oct. 2006 (my H1 renewal
is pending). In this July I drove to Canada (I am a Canada PR)
and flew to China from Toronto, when I came back Toronro after 2 weeks, I drove back with my H1 I-94. However, the officer didn't stamp my passport when I entered US. Now I am going
to use that date as my last entry date. Do you think the GC
officer will ask for any evidence that I entered US at that
date? Will there be any problem if they found I went to China
through Canada?
Thanks a lot for your response!
Xiaobaitu, please answer my 485 question
