visa application fee recipt transferrable? Thanks

I may go back to China and would apply for a F1 visa. I would like to ask my friend to pay the Visa processing fee of $810 for me at CITIC bank in Beijing if the payment receipt can be sold to others. Or does it have my name on and I will waist the money if I can’t go back. Thanks.
