可以申請J1嗎?請幫忙看看

I140 和I485pending.
H1 即將到期.

如果I140 和I485同時被拒. 後H1又到期.
我可以轉J1繼續工作嗎? 我在大學工作?
聽說不能轉F1, 因為遞過I485申請. J1行嗎?
