Negotiation between ur lawyer and the DA handling ur case always benefit u. A good lawyer may get you a plea bargain by negotiation. If this was ur first offense, the plea bargain may just be a violation which may not affect ur immigration status.

it is unlikely u will get bargain easily as there are 6 counts of charge laid. Especially, anything in relation to Moral Turpitude is always a red light for USCIS.

Said that, U can always apply for a waiver since ur the SPOUSE of a USC.

As for Bail bond, as long as u appear for all the hearings, ur family would be safe in getting the $ back.
