if u became a USC in 2 years, u can file 130, 485 and 765 at the same time. Even if at that time ur spouse was not in a legal status, it will not affect his eligibility for AOS, may still get his LPR.
Currently, it seems that USCIS schedules marriage related LPR petitions faster than expected.
