請教：140PENDING，公司內換工作嗎？

職位相同，但是TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT 就不大一樣。新工作的要求就是JAVA，但是我原來的工作中JAVA占得不多，PERM也隻是提到JAVA，但JAVA不是主要的。

請問換工作有風險嗎？如果換了，USCIS會給RFE要求證明我新工作和原來完全一樣嗎？

心裏沒底，多謝指教。
