EAC Renewal is so slow What we should do

My hu*****and is working using EAC. His 485 is pending which is based on my application for GC. We filed renewal appliation more than 2 months ago and no news has come out yet. If we waited for the 3-month period to visit local office, then his current ERC would expire for 10 days. What should we do?
