But how to get a finalized divorce certificate from China? I heard both have to appear at min2 zheng4 ju2 at the same time... Could you be more specific? there is no mediation party in my case, I think. my friend and my ex just went to the court and agreed on everything, then we got the 調解書 from court. I guess you are right about trying different places...
