need help from xiaobaitu, please!!!

Xiaobaitu, I am H1 holder. In Nov. 2002, got laid-off by A company, in Jan. 2003, A company asked me to go back to work for two months, and file I1099 for my payment. In Mar. 2003, I got H1 transfered to B company, and in end of 2003, I switched job to C company.

My question is:
What is the chance for CIS find out I received I1099 form in 2003? My I485 is pending, and I did not claim it and my H1 gap in I485.
I am going to clarify it to CIS as you suggested to other people, but how serious the problem is? Do you think it will affect my current employment with C company? Since my attoney will tell it to my current employer, C company, do you see any problem with my current company?
