休士頓EB2的DBA, 要多少Prevailing Wage?

律師的助手說EB2的DBA Prevailing Wage要$53000以上,可我查的是$49000 左右.不知道有哪位朋友辦過的可以告知一下.

還有,EB2 DBA,用Master, 會不會超過skill requirement? 律師的助手這樣的職位也許不能用EB2, 因為基本的skill requirement是bachelor 而已.這樣一來移民局有可能拒.
