Does this mean I-485 approved?

Long time no see GC approval information here. I am wondering if the info I got today "On August 28, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued" means that my I-485 was approved?

Thank you very much for your input.
By the way, PD is Dec 31, 2004, I-140 approved on Jan. 27, 2005. NIW
