Urgent!! whcih date is correct?

Hi, my lawyer told me my receipt date is April 28.
But the USCIS web page shows "Your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received on May 8, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates."

Which date should I use to check the processing status, April 28 or May 8?
