我和我太太數年前在日本因涉嫌幫助他人(朋友)假結婚曾被警察逮捕，最後我無罪釋放(未起訴)，我太太被法院判罰款。去年遞綠卡申請(NIW)時在485中未在“been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations?”選Yes.現在才意識到問題的嚴重性。請問我們的綠卡是否徹底沒戲了(140 approved)。是否有什麽辦法可挽救。
