This is the case statues for my I-140 I got today

On August 28, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at .......

I am still working on my RFE now and the deadline is at the end of next month. I called USCIS to change my address two weeks ago. Is it possible that this message is to responded to my address changing?
