父母來美探親問題，關於單位的信

單位開的是什麽？看到有的說是邀請信(？)，有的說是 employment certification letter。

我前幾個月換了公司 (H1-b)，W2 怎麽個提供法？還是去年的？工資單呢？我們平時都是自己從內部網打印的。

父母的退休證要緊麽？他們現在不在原單位城市。
