Dear Xiaobaitu:
I have a question about my daughter’s immigrant application in Guangzhou. She just finished the medical exam and she is a mental retarded kid (some difficult in learning). Does this disability have some influence on her application? Will it be rejected? She will have an interview next month in Guangzhou.
