law to report changes of employer after your I485 has been pending for over 180 days. But you MUST report if you home address changes.
If you report it, one possible result is: things fall into a USCIS staff who does not understand the law better than a layperson, but thinks you have a problem.

if you are interviwed or asked you for additional documents (3 yeras tax, w-2) then you can tell them that you have changed employment as the USCIS rules allow it as long as your I485 has been pending over 189 days without being adjudicated. it's called portability.

It's your pesronal choice, but consider ur warned.
