公司為我在10/04 申請過一個EB3(不知到侓師是否WITHDRAW),後來在10/05提交EB2申請,EB2LC 批準,今年的140(EB2)也已批準.

在這種情況下,我是否可以保留前一個PD呢? 問律師,說不可以,可我總存疑惑.
