Everything is based on the principal's employment record. you MUST work. Your income must exceed 125% poverty line.
your hu*****and's employment is not a concern, but if he is your dependent, you need I-134, Not I864, for both your hu*****and and your children. I134 does not need to be notarized. you have to sign it.

You need an employment letter (Current). 6 months paycheck stab. three years tax return.

SS and Driver's license, are only needed to ID you during an inteview for I-48 application.

If you are family-based LPR, you are the principal beneficiary. You hu*****and needs nothing other than proving your marriage.
