請問xiaobaitu: RIR LC document is not sent to lawyer,maybe lost

My company got RIR Labor Certification approval notice from Backlog center this week. But my lawyer didn't receive it yet because he changed office location last year. Is it possible lost? Does my company also have all the forms/document for filing first? I need get
140/485 concurrently filed next month. Who knows EB2 PD will go back or not.
