統計下I140在TSC 的批準速度

TEXAS CENTER 的I140 審批速度較快。有人不到30天就APPROVE了，但也有人等了3月
才批。請過來人，LC BASED，分享一下進程。本人，EB2， 7/26 收到日，尚無動靜。
