謝謝各位的建議！我感覺有些頭緒啦！

我F2和H4期間沒有申請過EAD；EAD申請是跟I-485一起遞交的，後來拿到EAD card了，但也沒有去工作，所以沒有用上。之後又用AP回過國，不知道有沒有什麽關係。英文來信是這樣說的：

Please proof of your continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from … to the present. Such evidence may include copies of:

· Employment Authorization Documents (Forms I-688 or I-766) granted to you by this Service
· Form I-797 approval notices, showing you were granted status in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant classification
· Copies of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure records showing you were admitted to the U.S. in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status

我現在決定這樣做：

1。解釋我是作為配偶申請I-485的；
2。按照我的身份順序列出time chart，說明F2和H4不可以工作所以沒有申請過工作許可，也從來沒有工作過；
3。I-485申請的同時也申請了EAD，批準了，但也沒有去工作；
4。附上EAD的copy。

大家看可以了嗎？要不要老工的雇主寫封信，證明他的工作身份？還有什麽需要注意的地方，請多多指教！多謝！
