首先，謝謝前幾天回答我的問題。

我的case情況：
EB2
PD 2002年8月
140在2005年6月批準
485在2005年6月遞交(concurrent)
2005年8月底打的指紋

已經確認pending Name Check.

現在我實在不想幹目前的工作，想休息一段時間。請問有什麽辦法？
我目前的想法：
1）跟公司說一下，1 year or 6 months unpaid leave of absence due to family reason.
2)有一個公司願意給我future offer letter. So I can use AC21，and I don't need to work till getting 485 approved
3) Taking advantage of the future offer letter, I may spend the whole time outside of the US and transfer it to Consulate processing. When it gets approved, I come back.

我的意願是想休息至少一年或半年，在美國或不在美國都行。
請問有什麽行得通的辦法沒有？

另：為什麽有時候485 RFE 要過去三個月的pay stub?
Because EB-based case is for future employment, RFEing pay stub doesn't make good sense to me.

If I have a future offer letter or I can get an unpaid one year of absense but I can't pay stubs when being RFEed, what will happen?
