我可以不通過任何中介公司,而直接向加拿大在德國的柏林領事管遞交我的申請材料呢?
Absolutely YES! just like people inUS, most of them just do it by themseves

這樣是不是會比在國內申請要來得快呢?

I am not sure, but I know Peking is one of the slowest location, hopefully 德國的柏林 is as fast as that of US

遞交申請後大概又要等多久呢?
1st letter: in one month(about)
physical Exam form: in 1-1.5 years after you hand in the application
ask passport letter: another 6 to 12 month
