Please`Help,Xiaobiatu and other friends:I used`AP but EAD not ye

done(recept date June26),and need to transfer to another employer on Oct of this year. Now ask which way I should go:
Local EAD or continue use H1b1 till the end of Set and apply another H1b1?
And one priority thing is : can I go back to job in H1b1 status immediately(just come back using AP)or go to apply local EAD first.
