Is the person you are filing for in removal preceedings?
請問，這是什麽意思？應怎麽填？


In part 5, the second question: If a company, give the following:
Type of Business Date Established

既然我是在學校工作,我應該填這部分? 應該留空白嗎? 如果留空白,那麽學校的信息應該在哪兒填?

In part 6, the number 8 question: Is this a new position?
這個 new 是什麽意思？應怎麽填？
