Correct me if I am wrong. Isn't visa revalidation for H-1b only valid for Canada and Mexico? For F-1 and J-1, it includes all the carribean islands. I had a friend took a Mexican cruise only stopped at Cacun from Miami. The border control people at Miami gave him so much trouble when returned. Better check it out before you go.
