what's the reason of delayed 485 approval for dependent

Primary applicant has got the GC. Unfortunately, the dependent has been delayed for months although everything is cleared for the dependent including name check. What caused such delay? All friends in the forum, xiaobaitu, mytwocents, and radiology, please kindly explain this. I greatly appreciate your answers.
