doubt if you filed the application or not.
以往曾經發生過有些人利用申請I-485或者I-90的機會，遞交他人照片，以獲取“真正的假綠卡”的情況，不知幾年前大家是否在中文報紙上看到過，紐約曾有一名閩籍林姓少女，被香港入境處當做偷渡錯判了三個月監禁，後來查清她的綠卡和護照都是本人的，但是當她反訴入境處時，發現她一家人護照和綠卡兩年之內報丟失了三次，每次都會有人用他們家人報失的進入美國，而且總是在對方順利入境後他們才報失。
有時移民局會懷疑是否有別人非法冒用了別人的資料，別說I-485，EAD申請有時都會遇到要護照之外其它ID的RFE
