Urgent! I got a call from USCIS this afternoon

I got a call from USCIS area code with 202 this afternoon. Following is our conversations.

USCIS: this is USCIS. Are you XXX?
Me: Yes.
USCIS: Did you get a letter for your permenent resident card?
Me: No.
USCIS:Are you living in XXXX (my old address)?
Me: No.
USCIS: Are you living in XXXX( my new address)? Did you file AR-11?
Me: Yes, I filed AR-11 in last June when I moved to another State.
USCIS: Where and when you filed your application? When you interviewed?
Me: I filed in local office (I-130 and I-485), and whatever.
USCIS: Give me a minute. You are still in background check.
Me: I am pending in name check for 28 Mos.
USCIS: Some cases are pending unexpectedly long. Be patient.

The phone is hung up.

My Q: Is it unusal to have this phone call? What is USCIS purpose? There is something wrong with my application? Please give advice. Thank a lot
