回複:help--I129 H1B petition transfers between USCIS centers

Don't worry too much. No much negative impact. One of my best friends sent out application on 4/3/06. He used Fedex overnight, means USCIS supposed to receive it on 4/4, however, the receipt date is 4/22.Since then,he checked USCIS website each day, until end of June, he was told that his case sent to Texas center, 2 weeks later, the center got his application. He called that center and was told that he has to wait another 120 days to 180 days:( But, actually, after 2 weeks the case got approved and after another one week, his lawyer got the paper work. It seems that you got similar situation. Wish your case got approval soon. No matter of what, "the bottom line is they should send you H1-B before 10/1" That's what my friend's lawyer told him. Good luck!
