近期485的大規模LUD是不是和布什政府的"六個月"承諾有關?

記得布什政府的目標是在2006財政年度結束以前實現所有案件在六個月內解決.

現在期限快到了, 各服務中心就開始打掃除了. 雖然很多因為名額的問題無法批準, 還是要把所有的案件都過一遍, 好出個報告. 事實上, 最近很多中國EB1都在一年內批準了.
